Just In The Nick Of Time is a sole proprietor company consisting of one owner and four core employees with combined industry experience of 75 years.  The company was formed to take advantage of the opportunities to help revitalize the urban community and help the housing market; to increase and rebuild subsidized housing as well as change the perceived weakness and inadequacies of other regional companies in terms of quality and customer satisfaction.  

We are a Minority company certified through the State of Ohio with MBE/EDGE credentials.  In the next three to five years, Just In The Nick Of Time is projecting to serve the Midwest region.  Our goal is to restore, and revitalize the housing market, to provide affordable housing for disadvantaged families, provide jobs for the unemployable and provide stability in their lives. Also, to provide community placement for those that are returning back to society both women, men and young adults.
